How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. I work with ranges based on the size of the problem, and the diagnostic pins down the exact figure before you commit to anything. No mid-project surprises.
What if I know nothing about AI?
Perfect — that's what the diagnostic is for. You know your business; I bring the technical judgment. You leave the first session with concrete opportunities explained in plain language, not jargon.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing special: 30 minutes and the willingness to walk me through how your business operates. Data or documents help, but they're not required to start.
How long does it take?
The diagnostic is one session. The sprint timeline depends on scope: we define it together and it is written into the proposal before work starts.
Do you work in English?
Yes. I work with international clients in English — communication, documentation and deliverables included.
What happens after the sprint?
The system is yours — documented and running. If you want to keep iterating, there's the monthly retainer; if not, you keep everything with no eternal dependency on me.
