How I handle your data when you contact me through this site.
What data I collect
Only the data you provide voluntarily: name, email, business name or type, and your description of your need. When you submit the form I also record minimal technical data: the source/UTM of your visit, to understand where enquiries come from, and your IP address and browser, to prevent abuse of the form.
How I use it
Solely to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, and follow up on the services you asked about. I do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis and compliance
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form. I comply with Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data, Colombia) and apply GDPR principles for data hosted in the European Union.
Retention
I keep your data while a commercial relationship or a legitimate interest in following up exists. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, update or request deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to me@rstriana.com.
WhatsApp conversations are always initiated by you. I use the official WhatsApp (Meta) API through Kapso, a provider acting as data processor, and honor opt-out requests (reply STOP to stop receiving messages).
